ai training program
I teach teams to work with generative AI — both people who have never opened a model and people who have already tried on their own. Every company is different, so we always start with a brief: what the team actually does, where AI can speed it up or cut the cost, and where it is better left alone.
The format follows the request. Some need a single workshop, others a full program with lessons, a wiki and homework.
how it runs
After the brief I build the curriculum around the team’s tasks. Then come workshops, recorded lessons and homework with feedback.
I don’t teach buttons. I teach how to frame a request and get a predictable result — and separately, where a model isn’t needed at all. That last part saves more time than any prompting technique.
